Shipping policy


Delivery takes between 3-14 days. If it is not a stock item, delivery will take place according to the delivery time stated on the product. 

Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible. In cases where the order has been processed, the customer is obliged to receive the order and remains independent regardless of payment. 

If delivery does not take place within 2 weeks from the specified delivery time and without error on the part of the customer (such as incorrect address), the customer has the right to cancel his order. The customer must then contact via the contact form for full compensation and instructions for return.
