El-Sport.se is an Ozon Rides AB Company with organization number 559163-5197. Hereafter, Ozon Rides AB is called El-sport.se 


All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including Swedish VAT (25%). Shipping costs will be added at checkout. No shipping is deducted if you pick up the bike at our warehouse in Uppsala. VAT may differ for some EU countries. No VAT is deducted outside the EU. Outside the EU, the customer is responsible for investigating whether VAT and / or customs duties are to be paid upon receipt. E-sport.se is not responsible for these costs


If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without his or her consent, or which in any other way entails that E-sport.se suffers financial damage, are reported to the police.


We reserve the right to make mistakes, whether they are due to the human factor, technology or otherwise. These errors may include incorrect information such as prices, stock status, product information and images as well as technical errors on the website and in communication with the customer and our partners. All image information should be considered as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance. We reserve the right to correct errors afterwards and to continuously adjust prices, stock status, product information and offers. We reserve the right to discontinue or sell certain goods. 


All goods remain the property of E-sport.se until full payment has been made. 


Delivery takes between 3-14 days. If it is not a stock item, delivery will take place according to the delivery time stated on the product. 

Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible. In cases where the order has been processed, the customer is obliged to receive the order and remains independent regardless of payment. 

If delivery does not take place within the specified delivery time and without an error on the part of the customer (such as an incorrect address), the customer has the right to cancel his order. The customer must then contact El-sport.se via the contact form for full compensation and instructions for return. 


Upon receipt of the product, the customer should verify that it is correct and error-free. Customer must contact E-sport.se before returning via e-mail Info@el-sport.se.

In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not risk being damaged. The products can advantageously be sent back in the same packaging as they arrived in. 

El-sport always stands for return shipping when it comes to damaged or incorrect goods. El-sport.se reserves the right to replace defective goods with equivalent in cases where identical goods are not available or to reimburse the cost to the customer.

Upon return, the refund will be made within 30 days.


The right of withdrawal only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in substantially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the packaging and check the product. However, the product may not be used in addition to this. 

If the consumer wants to exercise his right of withdrawal, there must be a reasonable reason for this and then he must send the product back together with el-sport.se’s receipt. Return shipping is paid for by the consumer. 

If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest one offered at the time of purchase, the difference between these will not be refunded.

For products that are specially manufactured for a certain customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply.

We have a one-year warranty on our electric bikes, in terms of frame, electrical components and motors.

The batteries have a warranty of 6 months provided that you have taken care of the batteries and also recharged it once a month even if the product has not been used. The guarantee does not apply to batteries that have been water damaged, short-circuited or dropped into the ground so they have been damaged.

Other parts of the product that are normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty such as tires, hose, brake pads, spokes, chain, gears and lamps. 

The guarantee does not apply if the customer has cared for the bicycle poorly, fitted it incorrectly or overloaded it.

The warranty is not extended because some have been replaced.

If something is broken, we will send you parts that you can replace and if you cannot replace them yourself, we will refer you to a bicycle repairer near you where the cost lies with the customer. Parts that are in stock will be sent out within 10 days. Parts that are not in stock can take between 10 - 30 days to be delivered.

We recommend that you twice a year check the chain, tires, brakes, lighting, spokes, etc. at a bicycle workshop to keep the bike in shape.


Orders can be paid in advance via our bank transfer. These orders are only processed when full payment has been received by our bank account. In the event of a refund due to a complaint, the customer needs to provide their bank account number to get money refunded. 


When we send your order, an invoice is also sent via e-mail. All our invoices are sold to Klarna AB. The terms of the invoice are: Payment terms 14 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee is paid with the amount permitted by law as well as default interest plus the applicable reference interest. At the time of purchase, a credit check is performed, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by post. 


We work with Shopify and Klarna for secure credit card payments. No fee is charged for orders paid by credit card. Ozon Rides AB never stores your card information and all communication with Shopify or Klarna is encrypted. 


We offer payment via Paypal. No fee is charged for this. Read more about Paypal at https://www.paypal.com/se/ 


Ozon Rides AB's liability for defects in delivery is limited to the applicable terms of sale. E-sport.se bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, outages, data loss, overtime or other financial damage. 


Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances and a comparable event beyond El-sport.se's control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Ozon Rides AB is released from its obligations to fulfill agreements entered into. 


On 25 May 2018, a new law, GDPR, will come into force. It is a common law that will make the same rules apply throughout Europe. GDPR replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL), which has been a Swedish law since 1988. With GDPR, all organizations, traders and companies must have a greater responsibility to have control over their customers' data. Read more here: Datainspektionen E-sport.se is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer and these are processed by us to be able to administer your purchases, and for marketing purposes if you sign up for our own newsletter. E-sport.se does not disclose personal information, e-mail addresses or other customer information to third parties other than those mentioned in the points below. 


Personal data means information that can be linked to an individual. 


In order to be able to handle purchases and customer matters, we store the following information. First and last name, address, telephone number, email and purchase history. We store your information when purchasing for 7 years due to the Accounting Act. 


Below you can find an account of which companies we share information with and why we do it. 


When you make a purchase, information is shared with our payment exchange. What is saved is first and last name, address, email, telephone number and purchase history. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number will also be stored. The information is saved / shared to be able to complete the purchase but also to protect you against fraud. We currently use Shopify, Klarna and Paypal. 


In order to deliver your orders, we must share certain information with the shipping company. We share first and last name and address for delivery. Email and / or mobile number for notification. At present, we use PostNord, DHL, and Bring for delivery. 


If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first and last name and email will be shared with our service provider. We save / share first and last names to be able to make mailings more personal. Your information is shared so that we can use the service and thus keep you updated with offers / information. At present we use Mailchimp for mailing. 


To ensure that only verified customers submit reviews, first and last names, order details and e-mail are shared. 


You have the right to be deleted from the systems at any time (with certain restrictions, such as the Accounting Act). 


You have the right to receive an extract from all information we have about you with us. 


A cookie is a text file stored on your computer. Cookies are normally used to improve the website for the user, for example to be able to adapt a website to the visitor's wishes and choices. Ozon Rides AB uses Google Analytics as a tool to get an idea of how visitors use the website. We use the information to see how the visitor, our customer uses our website and our various categories and pages. We produce visitor statistics, for example we use reports of visits to the website to improve content, navigation and structure. The information is not stored at Ozon Rides AB. The analytics tool uses cookies and the information generated by them through your use of the website is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. Google may transfer this information to third parties if required by law or in cases where a third party processes the information on Google's behalf. In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. 


These terms of purchase are applicable unless Swedish or other applicable law prescribes terms that are in conflict with these. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also includes protection for Ozon Rides AB.
